South Philly Punks with Lunch is a mutual aid with a harm reduction focus that provides food, hygiene, and other life-saving supplies like Narcan twice a week on the NE corner of Broad and Snyder. We rely on donations, both goods and money, to provide for an incredible group of friends and passersby, most of whom are housing insecure and/or in active addiction.
trash snack’s jess will now gladly accept any physical donations you are able to make to South Philly Punks with Lunch. Please make a note on your orders if you would like to arrange pickups. If you would like to make a physical donation without placing an order, please email us at trashsnack@gmail.com. We can only offer pickups from South and West Philly at this time.
All clothing items can be any “gender” and should be adult sized S – XXL. If you have the capacity, please launder all used items in scent-free, dye-free detergent.
Food and beverages, as well as all other items that go into our guests’ bodies, should be bought in bulk and provided in new, untampered packaging.
Please DM on Facebook or Instagram if you would like to cook or bake from your home! We LOVE a home-cooked meal but for the safety of our guests, we like to keep in touch.
You do not need to be an existing trash snack customer to participate. The spirit of mutual aid invites everyone and contributions to SPPWL are welcome year round.
